Choosing the Best Display: LCD versus CRT

As we move into a new decade, widescreen monitor or LCD monitors have become the preferred choice in many households.  Due to its size, and sleek design many people want to get their hands on the latest models on the market.  Thanks to the rapid technology advancement which has made the cost of LCD monitors a lot cheaper than what they used to be a few years ago.  Nowadays, you could buy a widescreen flat panel monitor for as little as 0.00.  To many computer enthusiasts, a LCD monitor is not a choice, it is a necessity.  But nowadays, many desktop packages would usually already come with a LCD monitor; you won’t really find a CRT monitor anymore even if you want one.
